Many believers just shooting scattershot prayers, just hoping for something to happen.Never following the guidelines to prayer wich are given in the Word of God.God never meant for us to stumble around in the dark when we pray.God intends to answer our requests.He wants us to get results when we pray. But first, we have to put away ou childish ideas about prayer and replace them with God's power-packed principles. *

For example. one thing we need to learn is that is not the length of our prayer that gets results, According to 1john 3:22-23 'whatsoever we ask ,we recieve of him,because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing to his sight. And this is his commandment,That we believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ,and love one another ,as he gave us commandment. ' Prayer offered in faith does get results 100% of the time. read (hebrews.11:6).God is not manipulated by your tears, he is moved by faith, thats another wrong idea people have about prayer. *

Proven by the Word of God you can't prayer in faith, without the Word of God, Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the WORD. So to pray effectively, base your prayers on the Word of God, Decide to pray in line with the Will (Word) of God and you shall surely have an answered prayer (read 1john.5:14-15).Before you pray find out what the Word says about situation you'll be praying about and when you find a scripture promise that cover your situation, use that scripture as you prayer. And thank God for answering you prayer. Everytime you think about that situation just Praise God that its already coverd. *
