What we should understand iz, the no person who is a problem. Literaly, the New testament teaches us to do good to those who persecute us, to repay not evil with evil, But to pray for those who persecute us. Bind the the spirit, deal with it by in prayer. (I will teach, later on Prayer of binding and loosing). *
