Ah...!! Praise be to God that you are born again...You are a 'NEW-CREATION! new means have not existed before and creation means to bring to existence or produce something that has never been before. *

King james version put it this way 1cor.5:17 'Therefore,if anyone is in Christ,he is a NEW CREATION;old things have PASSED AWAY;Behold,ALL THINGS have became NEW' ....Note ALL THINGS...again ALL,ALL THINGS have became new *

The moment you took a decision to follow Jesus by confessing that Jesus Christ is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised him from the dead*.(Romans.10:9-10).*,you became a New Creation..Hence the bible speaks of being born again. *

All things became new,you became a changed person inside-out...You might not feel new on the contray we dont rely on feeling to be sure we are NEW CREATION.We rely on faith--Righteous shall live by faith--We walk by faith not by sight.
